Turn LEFT onto VALLEY ST.
Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto WESTLAKE AVE N.
WESTLAKE AVE N becomes NICKERSON ST.
Turn RIGHT across from Tully’s at 150 NICKERSON ST.
Suite 103 is on the bottom floor of the building, close to the canal.
